• In some cases, you might be able to get even better deals with these hotels, especially if
you choose a non-refundable rate.
• There are many other fine hotels in Bochum. Please check always for the local transport
connections to the Ruhr University Campus.
When looking for accommodation, please check for public transport distance to the campus of Ruhr University. Nearby towns, such as Essen and Dortmund, have plenty of hotels close to their central stations, and just 15 minutes by train from Bochum Central Station.
Warning: Please be alert when being approached by agencies claiming to have been authorized to assist with reserving accommodation for the World Congress. The organizers of the Bernoulli-IMS World Congress have not authorized anybody to offer such services, and most likely these are fraudulent activities! Always make hotel reservations directly with the hotels or via a trustworthy booking platform.
